Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order to the following countries:

United Arab Emirates
United Kingdom
United States
Canada

We currently do not ship to other countries.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, orders may be delayed by customs checks, carrier delays, peak seasons or events outside our control. Some orders may arrive in more than one package.

Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us and we will help.

Customs, duties and taxes

Our products are shipped internationally from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply; any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless shown as included at checkout.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or of delivery, if damaged) with your order number and photos where relevant. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
